    1. I am finding it impossible to get prices on first class airline tickets from your website.
I seem to get passed around and end up with coach fares only.
I would appreciate some direction in order to buy first class tickets.

    2. I also cannot find any first class fares..what’s happening here….?

    3. After performing a search for your departure and return cities, you should be taken to a calendar page (lowest fares listed by month). On the left bar under “Options,” you should see “First Class Prices.” Click the “Add” button next to “First Class Prices,” and the first class prices should now be displayed (by month) below coach prices. If you click on a specific month in the first class row, you will see first class airfare by day. You can then click on a specific day to see which airlines are offering that first class airfare (the airlines will be listed below the calendar).

    4. I, too, find it cumbersome to find the fiirst class or business class fares. Why don’t you make the web site more user friendly, rather than trying to tell us how to use it one by one?

I suspect that almost everyone who comes to your web site does so, because he or she is not interested in traveling steerage. If we are going to be preferentially shown the coach fares, there is no advantage to coming here. There are dozens of web sites set up to spit out the coach fares.

    5. Since you updated your site, it has become impossible to compare flight costs and airlines. It used to be so simple to use - now it is not.

    8. I’ve been running circles around this site, and can’t seem to get proper quotes on 1st class fares only. Its a great idea, but not very user friendly. Someone should seriously consider making this site easier to find 1st class fares before anything else.

    10. ?What if I want to book a multicity trip?

      Comment by carole — April 13, 2008 @ 10:57 am

    11. Hi Carole,

If you click the multi-city “circle” in the search box, it will take you to another page, and you will be able to search multi-city trip fares from a range of sites.

    12. How do you change the departure city on the Y-up page? I logged in and created my profile and the default departure city won’t change. I live in a smaller city and would rather search for y-up fares to international destinations from larger us cities. It is possible to search for y-up fares based only on destination listing all departing cities?

    13. I AM NOT GETTING ANY OF THE FIRST CLASS INFORMATION THAT I HAVE REQUESTED.I AM ONLY GETTING AN OVERVIEW OF WHAT THE AIRLINES HAVE TO OFFER, BUT NO PRICE, DATES OR ANYTHING ELSE.

    14. This is a poorly run operation with morons akin to mentally challenged puppies avoiding any advice or concern about the site. Nice job, I hope you don’t have this much trouble fastening your hockey helment.

Thank god I am a platinum card holder and up grader all the time.I was looing at your site for a deal where my airline does not fly. I like saving my miles for my four first class tickets around the world. I was trying to give some business to your site but it is looking hopeless

    16. Thank God I am A Fequent Flier and I have the status of Platinum, I am upgraded to Firsr Class 98% of the time for the lowest coach fare, I sometimes want to go where may airline has little or no flights to that city. When I saw you on the new I thought this was a wonderful thing. All this site did to me was making me angry by the minute as it did not help me one bit, I was search for a trip for my wife and I so we gave your site a chance. We did care where we were going we just want to find a first class seats on a flight to anywhere that look interesting on your website. Everytime we found something it came up with coach price and was rerouting us to many our sites. Please give me couresty to e-mail me back so I will not feel so stupid in messing around on your site and coming up empty. Looking forward to working with your company if possible.

    17. This is my first use of the site and reading the comments regarding finding first class travel I agree that the site is not that user freindly nor is the advice given by your staff.

      This is not the case.

To add business or first class. After you perform the search you are taken to the calendar page. On the Right Side Under Quick Links there are options to add first class, business class and compare prices. Not as stated above.

I really like the concept behind this site some work is needed to make it more user friendly.

    18. John,

We are continually trying to make the site as user-friendly as possible, and we encourage input from our readers.

Changes have been made to the site (and the first class search) since the comment was left in March. I apologize for any confusion.
