I have spent 20 mins trying to find your much touted first class air fares - I keep being routed to coach fares. I give up! - I’ll find it elswhere. How do you stay in business??

i have the same problem everytime I find a fligt i am interested in it said first class price than I select it and it gives me a coach farte I am getting frustrated with your site. when i watch you on the news you made it so easy so how do we book these fares posted that you claim I can fly first class for i would appreciate an answer after messing around your site for hours. Maybe we should all call the new and state it is not as easy as you stated

I agree with the above two comments, spent 45 minutes looking for the first class fares and can’t find them, horrible design, where are they?
